Tinn-R/R integration (Windows only)

Step two: Install Tinn-R
1. In Arkansas, download Tinn-R_1.18.5.6_setup.exe from UALR or get it from the Tinn-R website.
 
 
2. Click 'Run'.
 

 
3. The file downloads.
 

 
4. Click 'Run'.
 

 
5. Click 'Next'.
 

 
6. Accept the agreement and click 'Next'.
 

 
7. Accept the default directory or record your new directory for later, and click 'Next'.

Non-admin: Unlike R, Tinn does not detect your logon status. Therefore, we need to specify a new directory for installation (see below). Click on 'Browse' and select "C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents". Press 'OK', then click 'Next'.

8. Click 'Next'.
 

 
9. Select your icon preferences and leave registry entries checked. If you use LaTex, you may select the 'tex' file type too. Click 'Next'.

Non-admin: Uncheck all icon and file association boxes. Then, click 'Next'.

 

 
10. Click 'Next', and click 'Install' on the next screen.
 

 
11. Deselect the 'Launch now' option and click 'Finish'.
