Part of my researach involves protein modeling and the prediction of protein properties using various molecular modeling software including quantum mechanical SCF-MO computations, molecular dynamics simulation, artificial neural networks, QSAP/QSPR, monte carlo modeling, etc. We are also interested in developing methods to predict the structure and/or function of proteins and structural RNA sequences. We have interest in developing procedures for clustering protein sequences into families of related sequences and the development of protein models using a combination of our modeling procedures.
