Arkansas Bioinformatics Symposium!
Please mark your calendars for the Arkansas Bioinformatics Symposium to be held on April 19 - 21, 2007 at Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Arkansas. The symposium is hosted by the Arkansas Bioinformatics Society (ARBIOS), the INBRE Bioinformatics Core and the Arkansas State Universities' Arkansas Biosciences Institute.
The theme of the symposium will be "Building Careers in Bioinformatics".
Poster sessions are planned as part of the symposium. Posters could be presented on any topic related to bioinformatics. Certificates will be presented in the undergraduate and graduate student categories.

- Registration is free of charge.
- Hotel accommodation is available. Lodging (double-occupancy) is available on a first-come first-served basis, so register as soon as possible.
- Car pooling is available from UALR. Please inform Pierre Alusta (pxalusta AT ualr.edu) as soon as possible if transportation is needed.

The deadline for registration is Saturday, April 14th at midnight. Anyone with an interest in Bioinformatics is encouraged to attend.
